The present general conditions of use (hereinafter the "GCU") define the terms and conditions under which any Internet user (hereinafter the "User(s)") undertakes to use the services and information available on the ONEY Brand Centre site (hereinafter the "Site").
Article 1 - Legal Notice
The Brand Centre is published by Oney Bank, registered in the Lille Metropole Trade and Companies Register under number 546 380 197, whose registered office is located at 34 avenue de Flandres, 59170 Croix, France (hereinafter "Oney").

Article 2 - Acceptance of the TOS
The present GTC legally govern the use of the services of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and accessible via this link: oneybrandcentre.com.
Access to the Site implies acceptance by the user of these GTUs and agreement to be bound by them. Oney may update these GTC, in which case the updated version will automatically apply to the user from the date of its publication on the Site.
Article 3 - Access to the Site
The Site is made available exclusively to the following Users
- Oney employees.
- Authorised persons from outside Oney.
In order to access the Site, persons external to Oney must receive authorisation and create an account:
The account creation request is available via an access request form on the Brand Centre homepage by clicking on "Request access".
The person outside Oney fills in the fields on the access request form: surname, first name, email address and country, then clicks on the "Request access" button.
He/she then receives an authentication request which triggers the sending of the access request to the country administrator corresponding to the external person's country.
Once the access request is validated by the country administrator, the external user receives by email his login and password to connect to the Brand Centre.
In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the obligations of these TOS, the administrators reserve the right to remove your access to the Site.
Article 4 - Data protection
The information collected is recorded in a computerised file by Oney Bank, as Data Controller, for the management of your access to the site and the management of your account. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in implementing an authentication procedure and defining authorisation profiles in order to apply appropriate security measures.
The data collected will only be communicated to authorised persons within the information systems department.
The data is kept for a maximum of 6 months from the activation of the account.
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition (including the right to oppose the use of your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes) at the following addresses: "ONEY - SERVICE RECLAMATIONS - CS 60006 - 59895 LILLE CEDEX 9" or "donnees-personnelles@oney.fr". Consult the cnil.fr website for more information on your rights.
If, after having contacted us, you believe that your "Data Protection" rights are not being respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
Article 5 - Intellectual property
The entire content of the Site (structure, texts, documents, graphic elements, sound elements, etc.) is the exclusive property of ONEY and is protected under French and international legislation relating to intellectual property rights. The logos, distinctive signs of ONEY are protected under intellectual property law.
Any use not provided for and not in conformity with the present GCU in the form of reproduction, modification, computer loading, distortion, transmission or distribution, in part or in full, of a document, image, sound element, or information appearing on the Site is strictly forbidden.
Any use of the Site's constituent elements in breach of these GCU will expose the User to legal proceedings.
Any infringing User agrees to guarantee and compensate ONEY for all proceedings and expenses engaged by or against ONEY following a use of the Site in violation of the present GCU or in case of violation of third party rights.
Article 6 - Conditions of use of the Site
The User undertakes to comply with the following clauses in order to be able to download and use the contents present on the Site.
1. Respect the Oney graphic charter
The contents of the Site do not ensure compliance by default with ONEY's iconographic territory. In fact, each user who downloads content from the Site remains responsible for his or her choice and the use he or she makes of it in the final medium he or she produces. The downloading of the contents of the Site is authorised on condition that the Users respect the ONEY graphic charter present on the Site.
2. Not to make illicit use of the content
In no case the possible comments or captions accompanying the reproduction or the use of the contents must not harm the image and the reputation of the represented subject; nor the image and the reputation of the ONEY brand.
The use of the contents of the Site is only within the framework of the professional missions of the Users, on behalf of ONEY, its subsidiaries and/or its products;
3. Not to transfer to third parties, whether free of charge or against payment, these images and the rights relating to them;
Article 7 - Availability
ONEY does not guarantee the User that access to the Site, including the dedicated Services, will be uninterrupted and free of viruses or any other harmful component. ONEY may, at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the User's access to all or part of the Site or its functionalities.
Article 8 - Liability
ONEY cannot be held responsible towards a User or any other third party for direct and indirect damages or prejudices whatever the cause, nature or consequences, including, without limitation, loss of income, loss of activity, loss of profits, financial loss, loss of contracts or opportunities, loss of data or programs, loss of use or loss of savings, infection by viruses, loss of use of the User's computer equipment.
Article 9 - Respect for image rights
The administrators undertake to remove from the Site any image that would infringe the copyright and/or image rights of a person. If you believe that an element of the content infringes intellectual property rights or image rights, it is your responsibility to notify the administrators.
Article 10 - Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These GTU are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the execution, existence, termination, validity or interpretation of the present GTU, ONEY and the User shall seek to resolve their differences in good faith by amicable agreement. In the absence of an amicable agreement within a period of thirty (30) days from the notification by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt of the dispute by the most diligent party, the Commercial Court of Lille Métropole is expressly given jurisdiction.
